What to Expect

When you walk in our doors, you’ll find a dedicated team eager to support you on your road to recovery and passionate about getting your results. Here’s a look at a typical process for new patients…

Initial Discovery Call

A free consultation with you via video call or at our Denver clinic is an opportunity to help you learn about the program and determine the best possible next steps in your road to recovery. You’ll learn about treatment options, timeline and our team and, more importantly, we’ll learn about you! Every patient is unique and we are here to help.

Initial Assessment

You’ll complete an 90-minute evaluation including a cognitive health assessment. Integrating cognitive health assessments into our concussion/treatment program educates you on your current cognitive health and allows you to track changes in your cognition during and after treatment. We’ll establish baseline measurements so that we can customize a treatment plan for you and seek results.

Begin Treatment

Your treatment plan will be customized to your condition(s) and symptom(s) and work with your schedule. Whether you live in the Denver area, are here for extended treatments, or are utilizing our telehealth service, we’ll work together to create a plan that fits for you, possibly including our Accelerated Recovery Program (ARP).

Our data for concussion treatment shows that daily treatments result in a higher rate of symptom improvement compared with a lower frequency of treatments. This means that although ARP patients are only in-clinic for a short period, the majority see significant improvements in their symptoms. Our ARP is renowned for its effectiveness, drawing patients from all over the globe seeking expert care. The program’s international appeal lies in its impressive success rate, with 89% of participants experiencing significant relief from their symptoms.

During your treatments, we are sure you’ll find our team of professional friendly, determined and engaged. We love what we get to do in helping you on your journey to recovery and come alongside our patients to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

Summary of Results

On your last day of your treatment program, our care team will conduct a follow up exam to determine your current health status and determine next steps. Depending on how well you have responded to treatments, your proficiency of your customized exercise program, and your personal needs, we will design a plan of action for you and your continued recovery.

Ongoing Care and Community

Every patient is different and every recovery story is unique. Ongoing care may include physical visits to the clinic or scheduled telehealth calls to ensure that exercises and treatments are being done correctly at home with the desired results.
