A migraine is a primary headache disorder that usually lasts 4–72 hours and one can experience:
- Pain on one side of your head, but often on both sides and/or behind your eye
- Pain that throbs or pulses
- Sensitivity to light, sound, and sometimes smell and touch
- Nausea and vomiting

Daily persistent headaches and migraines are caused by neurological and vestibular impingements creating pain in different areas along with additional symptoms.
